Our Commitment
We want you to love our jerky! We take great pride in our products. Due to the perishable nature of our jerky, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Food Safety Comes First
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any opened packages. Please do not ship opened products back to us.
What If There's a Problem?
We will always make it right if an error was on our end. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if your item falls into one of these categories:

Damaged in Transit: The package and/or jerky was significantly damaged during shipping (e.g., vacuum seal is broken, package is torn open).

Incorrect Item: You received the wrong flavor, size, or item.

Defective Product: You believe there is a quality issue with the product itself.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order has one of the issues above, please contact us within [e.g., 7-14] days of receiving your package.

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

In your email, please provide:

A brief description of the issue.

A clear photo showing the damage, incorrect item, or defect. (This is required for us to process your request).
Once we review your email and photo, we will notify you of our approval. We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item(s) to your original payment method.
Returns of Unopened Items (Optional, but good for customer service)
If you changed your mind and your jerky is still sealed in its original, unopened packaging, you may return it for a refund within 20 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Once we receive the unopened item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost (minus any original shipping fees).
